Willy Ovesen (1 June 1924 – 3 January 2015) was a Norwegian civil servant. He was born in Sørreisa Municipality, graduated with the cand.jur. degree and worked in the Norwegian Tax Administration from 1956. Sørreisa ( sme, Ráisavuona suohkan) is a municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Sørreisa. Other villages include Grunnreisa, Skøelva, and Smørsgård. The municipality is the 248th largest by area out of the 356 municipalities in Norway. Akershus
Akershus () is a traditional region and current electoral district in Norway, with Oslo as its main city and traditional capital. It is named after the Akershus Fortress in Oslo. From the middle ages to 1919, Akershus was a fief and main county that included most of Eastern Norway, and from the 17th century until 2020, Akershus also had a more narrow meaning as a (sub) county that included most of the Greater Oslo Region. Erling Ree-Pedersen
Erling Ree-Pedersen (6 April 1922 – 5 August 2016) was a Norwegian civil servant. He was born in Stavanger, but moved to Moss during the Second World War. He became involved in the illegal newspaper ''Norges Demring'' and joined Milorg.
