Anthony R. Brown (December 3, 1968) is a former Republican Party (United States), Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 38th district from 2005 until 2013. Kansas () is a state in the Midwestern United States. Its capital is Topeka, and its largest city is Wichita.
