Wilhelm-Langrehr-Stadion is a association football, football stadium in the Havelse district of the Lower Saxony, Lower Saxon town of Garbsen. It is home to Regionalliga side TSV Havelse. The stadium has a capacity of 3,500. History TSV Havelse have played at Wilhelm-Langrehr-Stadion since 1933. However, the stadium does not meet the requirements for the 3. TSV Havelse
TSV Havelse is a German association football club based in Garbsen, Lower Saxony, near Hanover. History The club was founded in 1912 as ''FC Pelikan-Havelse'' by a group of thirteen young men from the small village of Havelse. They took their name from the maker's brand of the first football purchased by the club for the grand sum of 7,50 Reichsmarks. World War I took a heavy toll on the club, which was inactive for a time. In 1929, a local gymnastics club, ''Turnverein Havelse'' was formed and four years later the "Pelikans" took to the field again as the club's football side. Some time during the 1930s – club records are not clear – the club took on its current name. Niedersachsenstadion (, ) is a football stadium in Hanover, Lower Saxony, Germany, which is home to football club Hannover 96. The original 86,000-capacity stadium was completed in 1954 and has since been rebuilt several times for various major football events. Today it has 49,000 covered seats. Garbsen
Garbsen () is a town in the district of Hanover, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated on the river Leine, approx. 11 km northwest of Hanover. The name Garbsen can be traced back to 1223. Today's 13 city districts have partly developed independently until the city of Garbsen was formed within its current boundaries during the regional reform in 1974. In the course of industrialization and especially after the Second World War, the population of Garbsen and its predecessor municipalities increased significantly. In 1963, the current district Auf der Horst was created as a residential and working class district for up to 10,000 residents. Hanover
Hanover (; german: Hannover ; nds, Hannober) is the capital and largest city of the German state of Lower Saxony.
