West Indies B Cricket Team
West Indies B is a List A cricket team that participates in the West Indian domestic List A tournament and was formerly also a first-class cricket team that participated in the West Indian domestic First Class competition from the 2000–01 season to the 2003–04 season. It is selected by the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) from players who had been unable to secure a contract with one of the seven other existing regional teams, and is restricted to players under the age of 23 (with a few exceptions). West Indies B had little on-field success during its time in the competition (although a number of future internationals spent time in its squad), and the team was disbanded prior to the 2004–05 season after a wider reorganisation of domestic cricket in the region. Regional Four Day Competition
The Regional Four Day Competition, formerly known as Shell Shield and Carib Beer Cup, is the First Class Cricket, first-class cricket competition in the West Indian cricket team, West Indies. It is administered by the Cricket West Indies. In the 2013-2014 season the winner of the tournament was awarded the WICB President's Trophy while the winners of the knockout competition were awarded the George Headley/Everton Weekes trophy. In a few previous seasons the winners of the tournament were awarded the Headley/Weekes trophy. From the 2017–18, the Competition had been sponsored by Digicel and was known as the Digicel Four Day Championship. In 2019-20, the competition has been known as the West Indies Championship. Bangladesh A Cricket Team
The Bangladesh A cricket team, also known as Bangladesh Emerging cricket team, is a cricket team representing Bangladesh, and is the second tier of international Bangladeshi cricket below the full Bangladesh national cricket team. Lionel Baker
Lionel Sionne Baker (born 6 September 1984) is a West Indian former cricketer who has played first-class cricket for the Leeward Islands. He is the first person from Montserrat to have represented the West Indies at Test cricket. Ryan Austin
Ryan Anthony Austin, born 15 November 1981 in Arima, Trinidad and Tobago, is a West Indies cricketer. A lower-order right-handed batsman and a right-arm off-spin bowler, Austin played 22 first-class matches for Barbados between the 2000–01 and 2006–07 seasons, and five for West Indies B in the 2003–04 season. His highest score in first-class cricket was 56 not out in a losing cause for Barbados against Windward Islands at Bridgetown in 2001–02. Alick Athanaze
Alick Athanaze (born 7 December 1998) is a Dominican cricketer. He made his List A debut for the West Indies Under-19s in the 2016–17 Regional Super50 on 25 January 2017. In November 2017, he was named in the West Indies squad for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. Following the West Indies' matches in the tournament, the International Cricket Council (ICC) named Athanaze as the rising star of the squad. Vishal Arjune (born 24 October 1981) is a former Guyanese cricketer who represented West Indies B in West Indian domestic cricket. He played as a right-handed middle-order batsman and occasional off-spin bowler. Arjune was born in Unity Village, in Guyana's Demerara-Mahaica region. His older brother, Krishna Arjune, also played cricket at a high level. In 2001, Arjune was selected to tour England with the West Indies under-19 team. Fabian Allen (born 7 May 1995) is a Jamaican cricketer. He made his first-class debut for Jamaica in the 2016–17 Regional Four Day Competition on 25 November 2016. The Leeward Islands cricket team is a first class cricket team representing the member countries of the Leeward Islands Cricket Association, an associate of the West Indies Cricket Board. Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Kitts, Nevis, Anguilla, Montserrat, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands and Sint Maarten are members of the Leeward Islands Cricket Association. Barbados Cricket Team
The Barbados national cricket team is the national cricket team of Barbados, organised by the Barbados Cricket Association (BCA). Barbados is a member of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB), which is a member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in its own right, and Barbadians play internationally for the West Indies cricket team.
