The is a women's professional wrestling championship owned by the Pro Wrestling Wave promotion. The title is nicknamed and more commonly referred to as the . The championship, which is situated at the top of Pro Wrestling Wave's championship hierarchy, was first announced on December 5, 2012. The inaugural champion was crowned on March 17, 2013, when Yumi Ohka defeated Kana in the finals of a five-woman tournament. Like most professional wrestling championships, the title is won as a result of a scripted match. There have been nineteen reigns shared among twelve wrestlers. is a Japanese professional wrestler. She started her career in the NEO Japan Ladies Pro Wrestling promotion in November 2006 and after the promotion's folding in December 2010, worked for independent promotions such as Pro Wrestling Wave and World Woman Pro-Wrestling Diana. is a Japanese former professional wrestler and current professional wrestling referee. She started her career in March 2007, working alongside her sister Io Shirai on the Japanese independent circuit for promotions such as Ice Ribbon, JWP Joshi Puroresu and Pro Wrestling Wave. An orbital blowout fracture is a traumatic deformity of the orbital floor or medial wall that typically results from the impact of a blunt object larger than the orbital aperture, or eye socket.
