DC Universe
The DC Universe (DCU) is the fictional shared universe where most stories in American comic book titles published by DC Comics take place. Superheroes such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Robin, Martian Manhunter, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Green Arrow, and Harley Quinn are from this universe, as well as teams such as the Justice League, Teen Titans and the Suicide Squad. It also contains well-known supervillains such as the Joker, Lex Luthor, Catwoman, Deathstroke, Deadshot, Reverse-Flash, Black Manta, the Penguin, the Riddler, the Scarecrow, Ra’s al Ghul, Sinestro, Brainiac, and Darkseid. Danny The Street
Danny the Street is a fictional character appearing in comics of the DC Universe. Danny is a living and sentient piece of urban geography who can magically and seamlessly place himself in any urban landscape at will without any disruption to his surroundings. He can freely interact with any other sapient being through various forms of visual printing within his proximity. The character was created by Grant Morrison and Richard Case and first appeared in ''Doom Patrol'' #35 (August 1990).''Doom Patrol'' (vol. 2) #35 (August 1990) Morrison's character was described as a transvestite male — a street with macho establishments like a gun shop, a hardware store and an Army/Navy store, but elaborately decorated with frills, flowers and fairy lights. Cain And Abel (comics)
Cain and Abel are a pair of fictional characters in the DC Comics universe based on the biblical Cain and Abel. They are key figures in DC's "Mystery" line of the late 1960s and 1970s, which became the mature-readers imprint, Vertigo, in 1993. Cain is based on the Biblical Cain while Abel is based on the Biblical Abel, but are altogether different character than their Biblical counterparts. Cain and Abel are one of many human (with pet companions) key figures in DC's "Mystery" lineup referred to as horror hosts of the late 1960s and 1970s, which later became a part of the mature-readers imprint, Vertigo. They are both depicted as brothers and they are also sons of Eve (another DC horror host based on a Biblical figure called Eve). ''The House of Mystery'' is the name of several horror, fantasy, and mystery Comics anthologies published by DC Comics. It had a companion series, ''The House of Secrets''. It is also the name of the titular setting of the series. First series Genesis ''The House of Mystery'' started out as a horror anthology, featuring tales of the supernatural as well as supernatural-themed mystery stories. The Legion of Doom is a group of supervillains who originated in ''Challenge of the Super Friends'', an animated series from Hanna-Barbera based on DC Comics' Justice League.
