Wasabi Anime (also known as Green Mustard Entertainment) is a company that produces events and programming for anime conventions (and other fan conventions) in North America along with their stand-alone conventions. Starting in 2001 (with the registration of the WasabiAnime.com website) the group started as an anime club before evolving into an LLC in 2007 and then a corporation in 2010. Kissimmee ( ) is the largest city and county seat of Osceola County, Florida, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 79,226. Brett A. Weaver (born November 16, 1966 in Lafayette, Louisiana) is an American voice actor working with ADV Films, Funimation, OkraTron 5000, and Sentai Filmworks. He is known for his roles in the English-language dubs of anime series. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, cartoonist and graphic novelist E.K. Weaver. Anime

Rosearik Rikki Allen Simons (born September 8, 1970) is an American voice actor, writer, cartoonist, and animator. He is best known as the voice of GIR in the Nickelodeon animated series, ''Invader Zim''. Simons has also written a number of novels and comic series, often working with his wife, Tavisha Wolfgarth-Simons.
