Wait In The Car
"Wait in the Car" is a song by American alternative rock band the Breeders. Written by Kim Deal and Richard Presley, it was released on October 3, 2017, via 4AD, as the lead single from their 2018 album All Nerve. The song marks the first new music from the band since 2009, when they released their EP '' Fate to Fatal''. Background On September 19, 2017, the Breeders teased the song by posting a 10-second clip on Twitter, in which "a rhythmic guitar riff and exclamations of 'Good morning!'" can be heard. Kelley Deal, lead guitarist of the Breeders, said of first reuniting for the recording sessions: "Everyone is the f***ing same! And it's bizarre. And a little bit embarrassing." The Breeders
The Breeders are an American alternative rock band based in Dayton, Ohio, consisting of members Kim Deal (rhythm guitar, lead vocals), her twin sister Kelley Deal (lead guitar, vocals), Josephine Wiggs (bass guitar, vocals) and Jim Macpherson (drums). The earliest incarnation of the band was formed by Kim Deal and Tanya Donelly in 1989 as a side-project alongside their full-time bands Pixies and Throwing Muses respectively. To record their debut album, 1990's '' Pod'', Deal and Donelly recruited bassist Josephine Wiggs of The Perfect Disaster and drummer Britt Walford of Slint. Martin Masai Andersen
Martin Masai Andersen (born 1972) is a Danish photographer, art director and designer, based in South London. He also lectures at a number of universities. Andersen has made long-term documentary photography projects on football fans and dog shows, and made music videos for The Breeders, Lush and Iceage. His animation work has won a Clio Award and been shown in group exhibitions at Manchester Art Gallery and at SeaCity Museum in Southampton. Life and work Andersen grew up in Denmark and moved to London in 1993. He earned a BA in visual communication design from Ravensbourne University London (1993–1996) and a MA in graphic design from the Royal College of Art in London (1996–1998).
