Licensed to Jefferson, North Carolina, United States, the station broadcasts from studios on Blowing Rock Road in Boone, North Carolina and serves the counties of Watauga, Ashe, Avery, Alleghany, Wilkes, Catawba and Caldwell in northwestern North Carolina.
