Wu Nien-pin
Wu Nien-pin (; born 4 February 1983) is a Taiwanese former swimmer, who specialized in freestyle and medley events. He is a two-time Olympian (2000 and 2004), and a seventh-place finalist in the 100 m freestyle at the 2002 Asian Games in Busan, South Korea. A graduate of information engineering at National Taiwan University in Taipei, Wu also trained full-time for the university's swimming squad. Wu made his Olympic debut, as a 17-year-old teen, at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. He failed to reach the top 16 in any of his individual events, finishing fifty-fifth in the 100 m freestyle (52.72), thirty-eighth in the 200 m freestyle (1:54.58), and forty-fourth in the 200 m individual medley (2:08.85). At the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Wu swam only in two events with one day in between. Orel Oral
Uğur Orel Oral (born September 26, 1979) is a Turkish former swimmer, who specialized in individual medley events. He is a two-time Olympian (2000 and 2004), and a seven-time NCAA Division II national champion while studying in the United States. He is also named Swimmer of the Year in Turkey in 2003 and 2004, and holds 15 Turkish records in the same stroke. Oral is a former varsity swimmer for the Indianapolis Greyhounds at the University of Indianapolis under his head coach Gary Kinkead (2000–2004). Oral made his first Turkish team at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. Swimming in heat two of the men's 200 m individual medley, he picked up a seventh seed and forty-eighth overall by 0.51 of a second behind Hong Kong's Alex Fong in 2:09.51. The men's 200 metre individual medley event at the 2004 Olympic Games was contested at the Olympic Aquatic Centre of the Athens Olympic Sports Complex in Athens, Greece on August 18 and 19. Mark Chay Jung Jun (simplified Chinese: 蔡荣俊; born 18 February 1982) is a Singaporean freestyle swimmer who has represented the Republic in, amongst others, the SEA Games and Summer Olympics. His international swimming career began at the 1997 SEA Games, and stretched all the way till the 2005 SEA Games. In between, he has competed in a total of five SEA Games, two Asian Games, two Commonwealth Games and two Olympics. He has been awarded "Singapore Sportsboy of the Year" in 2000, and Sportsman of the Year in 2001. Chay competed and studied at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He was the Mountain West Conference Champion. Chay graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Communications: Communications studies emphasis. Chay retired from swimming in July 2007.
