Wrestling At The 2015 European Games
The wrestling events at the 2015 European Games were held at the Heydar Aliyev Arena, Baku from 13 to 20 June 2015. 24 events were held, 16 in freestyle across both sexes, and 8 in the Greco-Roman style, for men only. Piotr Ianulov (born 27 February 1986) is a Moldovan freestyle wrestler. He is a silver medalist at both the European Games and European Wrestling Championships. Career In 2015, at the European Games held in Baku, Azerbaijan, Ianulov won the silver medal in the 86 kg event. Jabrayil Hasanov ( az, Cəbrayıl Həsənov, born on 24 February 1990 in Suparibağ, Astara, Azerbaijan, Soviet Union) is a male freestyle wrestler from Azerbaijan who has competed in the 66, 74 and 79 kg categories. He is an Olympic bronze medalist and multiple World Championships medalist. He is the winner of Yasar Dogu Grand-Prix . Soner Demirtaş (born 25 June 1991) is a Turkish freestyle wrestler who competes in the 74 kg division. He won the European title in 2016, 2017 and 2018. He was bronze medalist at the Rio Olympics.
