''Road to Utopia'' is a 1946 American semi-musical comedy film directed by Hal Walker and starring Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, and Dorothy Lamour. Filmed in 1943 but not released until 1946, ''Road to Utopia'' is the fourth film of the "''Road to …''" series. Written by Melvin Frank and Norman Panama, the film is about two vaudeville performers at the turn of the twentieth century who go to Alaska to make their fortune. Along the way they find a map to a secret gold mine. In 1947, ''Road to Utopia'' received an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay. Plot A visible narrator introduces the film and explains that he will be interjecting to explain the inexplicable. Sal and Chester Hooton, an old married couple, are visited by their equally old friend Duke Johnson, and the three reminisce about their previous adventure in the Klondike. Belgium participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 with the song "Would You?" written by Nina Sampermans, Jean Bosco Safari and Walter Mannaerts. The song was performed by Iris, who was internally selected by the Flemish broadcaster Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroeporganisatie (VRT) in November 2011 to represent the nation at the 2012 contest in Baku, Azerbaijan. The song was selected through the national final ''Eurosong 2012: Een song voor Iris'', which was organised by VRT and featured two songs. In the final on 17 March 2012, "Would You?" was selected as the winning song after gaining 53% of the public televote. Belgium was drawn to compete in the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 22 May 2012. Performing during the show in position 8, "Would You?" was not announced among the top 10 entries of the first semi-final and therefore did not qualify to compete in the final. ''Cherry Blossom'' is the fifth studio album by the British pop rock band The Vamps. It was released on 16 October 2020 via EMI Records, and includes the single " Married in Vegas". The album debuted atop the UK Albums Chart, becoming the Vamps' second number-one album in their home country. It is promoted by a concert tour that begun on 6 September 2021. Background The band wrote "half an album quickly" 18 months before the release of the album, in early 2019, but scrapped all of the planned material and started over. Early in 2020, the band sent their completed album to their label, believing that they had a strong collection of "bangers and ballads" to mark what they regarded as the second part of their career, using the cherry blossom title and imagery as a symbol of "rebirth", but they were not entirely certain about which song should be released as the lead single.
