''ABC World News Tonight'' (titled ''ABC World News Tonight with David Muir'' for its weeknight broadcasts since September 2014) is the flagship daily evening news broadcasting#television, television news program of ABC News, the news division of the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) television network in the United States. It is currently the most watched network newscast in the United States, with an average of 2 million more than its nearest rival, ''NBC Nightly News''. Since 2014, the program's weekday broadcasts have been anchored by David Muir. As of February 6–7, 2021, Whit Johnson and Linsey Davis anchor the weekend editions of the newscast, with Johnson anchoring on Saturdays and Davis anchoring on Sundays. BBC World News is an international English-language pay television network, operated under the ''BBC Global News Limited'' division of the BBC, which is a public corporation of the UK government's Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. ''ITN World News'' was a newscast shown during the late 1980s and most of the 1990s. It was either shown on cable or satellite television, or shown internationally. The newscast was broadcast from London, England, and was produced by Independent Television News. A domestic national version was also shown in the United Kingdom on terrestrial television. ''ITN World News'' began broadcasting on Super Channel, and aired on NBC Europe, Nine Network Australia, TVNZ, Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) stations and most of the ITV regions. The broadcast began in 1987, and has not been seen on British screens since 1999. The newscast was produced by ITN and broadcast from its studios in London. ''Sky World News'' was a weekday non-stop early morning news programme which aired during the early morning GMT on Sky News and is broadcast around the world. The programme was presented primarily by Kimberley Leonard. Broadcast At the time of its last programme, Sky World News broadcast from 3 am GMT on Weekdays in the United Kingdom. When it launched the programme was initially two hours long and aired from 4 am until 6am GMT. In March 2009, the programme added an extra hour, now starting an hour earlier at 3 am GMT. The time slot changed once more in 2016 with the programme typically ran from 3 am until 5:30 am, with the 5:30 am-6 am gap being filled with a re-transmission of the previous evening's ''Press Preview''. Donald Musgrave Lee (August 12, 1880 – August 30, 1934) was the exclusive west coast distributor of Cadillac automobiles in the early 20th century. Biography Lee was born in Lansing, Michigan. In 1919, he purchased the Earl Automobile Works of Hollywood, California. Harley Earl, the son of the company's owner, was kept on as manager. Renamed Don Lee Coach and Body Works, the company produced many custom designed Cadillacs for the rich and famous. Earl left the company to become the head of General Motors' styling department in 1927. Lee died in Los Angeles in 1934 of a sudden heart attack, leaving control of his auto and broadcasting empire to his son, Thomas S. "Tommy" Lee (1906–1950). Aired every Monday to Friday at 21.00 WIB (23.00 WIB in 2015 until late-2017), the program airs since 22 December 1978. Lasting about 30 minutes, the news is filled with international news around the world, as well as international sports news and international weather forecast.
