Jack Wood House
The Jack Wood House is a historic house on Judson Avenue in Judsonia, Arkansas. It is an L-shaped wooden structure, clad in weatherboard siding, and presently exhibiting Craftsman styling, the result of a major restyling in c. 1924. The oldest portion of the house was built about 1890, and is a rare local example of box frame construction, with vertical planking as the main means of support, joined to the sills and rafters by square-cut nails. A more conventionally framed ell and the front porch were added about 1907. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. Nathan Wood House
The Nathan Wood House is a historic house located in Westminster, Massachusetts. Built in 1756 by one of the town's early settlers, it is one of its oldest surviving buildings, and good example of colonial Georgian residential architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 16, 1987. Description and history The Nathan Wood House is located in southern Westminster, on the east side of Worcester Road ( Massachusetts Route 140), just south of its junction with Patricia Lane. It is a -story wood-frame structure, with a gabled roof, central chimney, and clapboarded exterior. Jethro Wood House
The Jethro Wood House is a historic house on Poplar Ridge Road, in a rural area west of the hamlet of Poplar Ridge in the town of Ledyard, New York. Built by 1800, it was the home of inventor Jethro Wood (1774-1834), whose 1819 invention of an iron moldboard plow revolutionized American agriculture. The house was built in 1826, and consists of three sections: the main block, ell, and service addition. The limestone main block is a -story, five bay structure. Wilford Wood House
The Wilford Wood House is located on Pleasant Hill Road just east of the New York State Thruway in the Mountainville section of Cornwall, New York, United States. It is a white Colonial Revival farmhouse built in the late 19th century, a period when most large new houses in Cornwall were being built as boardinghouses to serve those who came to the area as a summer resort. The Wood house, too, would be used as a boardinghouse where guests could take in the mountain air and views of the surrounding mountains. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. Signs around the property indicate that it is currently owned by nearby Storm King Art Center.
