Wonderful World (The Kelly Family Album)
''Wonderful World!'' is a 1981 album by The Kelly Family. The album includes traditional Virginia melodies such as the "New Britain" melody to " Amazing Grace", published in the 1831 collection ''Virginia Harmony''. Information After ''Lieder der Welt'', Kellys' label, Polydor, offered Dan "Papa" Kelly a solo contract for his star, young John Kelly. An offer promptly refused by Papa Kelly. Suddenly, Kelly Family's contract with Polydor expired in 1980. Papa Kelly feels happy because he wanted his children to feel free. Papa Kelly started then his personal label, called ''KEL-Life''. Production began for two albums, ''Wonderful World!'' and ''Christmas for All''. Caroline left the band (and soon the family too) in 1980 after the recordings of ''Kelly Family Loves Christmas and You'', though she very briefly took part in the early recordings of ''Wonderful World!''. The Kelly Family
The Kelly Family is an Irish-American music group consisting of a multi-generational family, usually nine siblings who were joined occasionally on stage in their earlier years by their parents. They play a repertoire of rock, pop, and folk music, and sing fluently in English, Spanish, German, and Basque. The group had chart and concert success around the world, predominantly in continental Europe - mainly in Germany, the Benelux countries, Scandinavia, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, and Portugal - and some in Ireland. Pop Rock

Amazing Grace
"Amazing Grace" is a Christian hymn published in 1779 with words written in 1772 by English Anglican clergyman and poet John Newton (1725–1807). It is an immensely popular hymn, particularly in the United States, where it is used for both religious and secular purposes. Newton wrote the words from personal experience; he grew up without any particular religious conviction, but his life's path was formed by a variety of twists and coincidences that were often put into motion by others' reactions to what they took as his recalcitrant insubordination. He was pressed (navally conscripted) into service with the Royal Navy, and after leaving the service, he became involved in the Atlantic slave trade. Kathleen Ann Kelly (born 6 March 1961) is a singer, songwriter, and producer. Born in Leominster, Massachusetts, she is the third child of the musical family group The Kelly Family, a multi-generational pop group that achieved success in Europe in the 1990s. In 1999, Kathy released her first solo album titled ''The Best Of Kathy Kelly'' which, in addition to her best songs from the albums of The Kelly Family (''see'' The Kelly Family discography), contained five new songs. While still recording and touring with the group throughout the 2000s, Kathy worked on her solo projects, which resulted in three more LPs up to date and a number of singles. Joseph Maria Kelly (born 20 December 1972) is a musician, songwriter, and athlete of Irish-American descent. Kelly became known as a member of the Kelly Family, however, during the band's hiatus, he appeared primarily as an amateur athlete and participated in various sport competitions. Kelly returned to the Kelly Family as a drummer and vocalist in 2017. As a member of the Kelly family, he plays electric and acoustic guitar and percussion instruments.
