Women's EHF European Cup
The Women's EHF European Cup is an annual team handball competition for women's clubs of Europe. It was known as the EHF City Cup until the 1999–2000 season and the EHF Challenge Cup until the 2019–20 season. It is currently the third-tier competition of European club handball. HC Zalău
HC Zalău is a women's handball club from Zalău, Romania, that plays in the Romanian Women's Handball League. On domestic level HC Zalau won three league titles (2001,2004,2005) and Romanian Cup once in 2003. ŽORK Napredak () is a women's handball club from Kruševac, Serbia. History ŽORK Napredak was founded on 1 September 1952. No precise data about the place and date of playing the first game, but the memory of the oldest, it was 14 October 1952, on the occasion of the commemoration of the liberation from Axis of the city of Kruševac. It was a students team competition in Kruševac. The period between 1952 and 1971 was marked by the school competition. In 1971 ŽORK Napredak enters the official competition organized by the Handball Association of Yugoslavia and then in the next two decades it became a strong club, worthy of respect in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Frankfurter HC
Frankfurter Handball Club is a German women's handball from Frankfurt (Oder). History During the communist era Frankfurter HC was the handball section of military sports club ASK Vorwärts, installed in Frankfurt since 1971. Vorwärts was one of the most successful East German team in the 1980s, winning six national championships between 1982 and 1990. It was also successful in international competitions, winning two EHF Cups in 1985 and 1990. Following the reunification of Germany the ASK Vorwärts society was disbanded in 1991, and Frankfurt became an independent club and joined the Handball-Bundesliga as BFV Frankfurt. In 1994 the club merged with local team and took its current name. While the club's status has decreased following the reunification Frankfurter has still been fairly successful since, winning the 1997 EHF City Cup, the 2003 national cup and the 2004 championship.
