Andy Wolk
Andy Wolk is an American television and theatre director. His television credits include '' Tales of the Crypt'', ''The Sopranos'', '' Arli$$'', ''The Practice'', ''The Division'', ''Medium'', ''Ugly Betty'', and ''Criminal Minds'', as well as a number of television films. Wolk wrote two plays with Camera Obscura, a theatre company based in Jamestown, New York, that were performed during the 1970s at La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club in the East Village of Manhattan. The first, ''Oracles'', is based in Greek mythology and was produced in 1973. The second, ''Maldoror'', is based on Comte de Lautreaumont's ''Les Chants de Maldoror'' and was produced in 1974. Camera Obscura also took ''Oracles'' on tour in Europe in 1973 and ''Maldoror'' on tour in Europe in 1974. Arthur Alan Wolk (born October 25, 1943) is an American attorney and author. He is the founding partner of The Wolk Law Firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which specializes in aviation law and air crash litigation for plaintiffs. Wolk is an author, editor and lecturer on aviation law and air safety with articles published by The Aviation Consumer, Aviation Safety and other publications and has appeared on ABC Evening News, CBS Evening News, CNBC, and CNN Larry King Live. Donna M. Wolk is an American microbiologist who is Director of Clinical Microbiology at the Geisinger Health System. In 2017, she was honored by the American Society for Microbiology for her efforts to improve patient care using microbiology. Early life and education Wolk grew up in a small town in rural Pennsylvania. She was the first in her family to attend college. Douglas Wolk (born 1970) is a Portland, Oregon-based author and critic. He has written about comics and popular music for publications including ''The New York Times'', ''Rolling Stone'', ''The Washington Post'', ''The Nation'', ''The New Republic'', Salon.com, Pitchfork Media, ''Vanity Fair'', and '' The Believer''. Lois Wolk
Lois Wolk (born May 12, 1946) is an American politician and former member of the California State Senate. A Democrat, she represented the 3rd Senate District, which encompasses the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta region and portions of the North Bay. Wolk was a member of the California Legislative Jewish Caucus. Before being elected to the State Senate in 2008, she served in the California State Assembly, where she represented the 8th Assembly District, and the 5th Assembly District after the 2010 redistricting. Tom "T-Bone" Wolk (December 24, 1951 – February 28, 2010) was an American musician and bassist for the music duo Daryl Hall & John Oates and a member of the ''Saturday Night Live'' house band. Life and career Wolk was born and raised in Yonkers, New York. He was a state accordion champion by age 12. Seeing the Beatles on Ed Sullivan, however, led him to bass and guitar—the former influenced by James Jamerson and Paul McCartney. He attended Roosevelt High School. William Wolk
William Wolk (born 1951) is an American realist painter working in West Virginia. From 1984 through 2008, he hosted his namesake one-man gallery at The Greenbrier, a 6,500 acre resort. His primary working studio is maintained in West Virginia. Life William Wolk was born on January 12, 1951, in Miami Beach, Florida.
