Woe of Tyrants is an American death metal band from Chillicothe, Ohio, which formed in 2004. History Woe of Tyrants released their critically acclaimed debut album, ''Behold the Lion'', through Tribunal Records in June 2007, and they were soon in talks with several major players in the independent label market. In October 2007, Woe of Tyrants signed a multi-album deal with Metal Blade Records and immediately began work on what would be their first worldwide release, ''Kingdom of Might'', released in January 2009 and produced by Joey Sturgis. In 2009, Woe of Tyrants toured with many bands, including Unearth, God Dethroned, Psyopus, Lazarus A.D., and more. They played the main stage at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival in April, along with the Rock & Shock Festival in October, both at The Palladium in Worcester, MA. Chillicothe ( ) is a city in and the county seat of Ross County, Ohio, United States. Located along the Scioto River 45 miles (72 km) south of Columbus, Chillicothe was the first and third capital of Ohio. Through the Eyes of the Dead is an American deathcore band from Florence, South Carolina, formed in 2003. They have released four full-length albums, one EP, and one split album with The Knife Trade. History The band was formed by Justin Longshore in 2003 after the break-up of a previous group, Tellherisaidgoodbye Their first full-length album was released in 2005 through Prosthetic Records. Shortly before, every member except for Longshore and Gunnels left, with Gunnels also being let go a few months later due to personal reasons. They then added new members which would be known as the 'malice' lineup however, they would also part ways with the band before the 3rd studio album would be released, leaving behind Jake Ososkie (bass) and Justin Longshore (guitar)remaining. Evile are an English thrash metal band from Huddersfield, formed in 2004. They have experienced numerous line-up changes over the years, with drummer Ben Carter being the only member of the original line-up to have stayed consistently. Warbringer is an American thrash metal band formed in 2004. Century Media Records signed Warbringer after seeing them at a local show in LA. Originally, a Century Media rep was at the show to see another LA thrash metal band but decided to sign Warbringer instead.
