Federica Ranchi (born 5 May 1939) is an Italian former film actress. Life and career Born in Trieste, while a student at liceo linguistico was noted by a Cines employee through a picture of her ballet company, and subsequently won an audition for the Leonardo De Mitri's comedy-drama ''Wives and Obscurities''. Typically cast in roles of sensitive and fragile women, following several roles with auteurs such as Valerio Zurlini and Gillo Pontecorvo and in some genre films, in 1963 Ranchi married a Greek shipowner and eventually retired from showbusiness, even refusing a five-year contract with Dino De Laurentiis. She is the grandmother of actress and fitness model Flavia Sgoifo. Gianni Minervini (26 October 1928 – 4 February 2020) was an Italian actor and television and film producer. Born in Naples, Minervini was the son of the journalist Roberto Minervini. He debuted as a producer in 1976, when he co-founded with the brothers Antonio and Pupi Avati the production company A.M.A. Film. Nino Taranto
Nino Taranto (28 August 1907 – 23 February 1986) was an Italian film actor. He appeared in more than 80 films between 1924 and 1971. Life and career Born in Naples, Taranto started his career as a child actor in 1918 starring in some local stage companies. After studying mime and dance he joined the company of Salvatore Cafiero. In 1928 he successfully entered into the sceneggiata genre: invited on tour in the United States, he returned with "a pianola tape and a thousand dollars", used to finance his first company of variety, which lasted only fifteen days and ended in total disaster. In 1933 he debuted on dramatic theater and in revue, a genre he focused until the 1950s.
