Wisconsin's 98th Assembly District
The 98th Assembly District of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in southeastern Wisconsin, the district comprises part of central Waukesha County, including the entire city of Pewaukee and the village of Pewaukee, as well as part of the city of Waukesha. Paul Farrow
Paul Farrow (born July 17, 1964) is a Wisconsin politician and businessman. The son of former Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Margaret Farrow, he currently serves as the County Executive of Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Paul Farrow graduated from the Waukesha County Technical College and Carroll University. He was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2010. He was elected to the Wisconsin State Senate in December 2012 to fill the vacancy of Senator Rich Zipperer, who resigned to become Governor Scott Walker's Deputy Chief of Staff. He is the owner of a home inspection business. On April 7, 2015, he was elected Waukesha County County Executive. Rich Zipperer (born April 16, 1974) is a former Republican member of the Wisconsin Senate, representing the 33rd District from 2011 through 2012. He previously served in the Wisconsin Assembly, representing the 98th district from 2007 through 2011. Scott Jensen (born August 24, 1960) is a businessman and former Republican legislator from Wisconsin. Early life Born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Jensen attended Mukwonago High School and graduated from Drake University in 1982. He received a master's degree in public policy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government in 1984. After receiving his graduate degree, Jensen worked in public relations, working as Director of Government Relations for Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce from 1984 to 1987. New Berlin, Wisconsin
New Berlin () is a city located along the Milwaukee /Waukesha County Border in the U.S. State of Wisconsin. The population was 40,451 at the 2020 census, making it the third-largest community in Waukesha County after the cities of Waukesha and Brookfield. Pronunciation Area residents put the accent on the first syllable of Berlin , rather than the second. History The first settlers, Sidney Evans and P.G. Harrington, arrived in the northeastern part of what is now New Berlin in 1836. The area first came under local government in 1838 as part of the Town of Muskego, which at the time was composed of New Berlin and Muskego. The area that is now New Berlin was separated from Muskego in 1839 and named the Town of Mentor. On January 13, 1840, Mentor became New Berlin. Wauwatosa (; known informally as Tosa; originally Wau-wau-too-sa or Hart's Mill) is a city in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. Peggy A. Rosenzweig (born November 5, 1936) is a former member of the Wisconsin State Senate and the Wisconsin State Assembly. She served in the Wisconsin Legislature from 1983 to 2003.
