The Windy City Open is an annual men's and women's squash tournament held each February in Chicago, United States. It is part of the PSA World Series, the highest level of professional squash competition. The event was first held in 2001. Nick Taylor (born 24 September 1971, in Oldham, Lancashire, England) is a professional squash player and squash coach from the United Kingdom. Taylor reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 14 and England No. 3 in 2001. He was runner-up at 1996 and 2001 British National Squash Championships. Borja Golán
Borja Golán (born 6 January 1983 in Santiago de Compostela) is a Spanish retired professional squash player. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 5 in April 2014. Career overview In August 2009, in the Colombian Open final, Borja suffered serious injury to his right knee which kept him out of action for six months. He reached the top ten World Ranking the month following the tournament. About three years later, in 2013, he succeeded to climb back into the top 10. Saurav Ghosal (born 10 August 1986, in Kolkata, West Bengal) is a professional squash player from India and reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 10 in April 2019. He completed his schooling at Lakshmipat Singhania Academy in Kolkata. Anthony Ricketts (born 12 March 1979 in Sydney, New South Wales) is a former professional squash player from Australia. Ricketts won the British Open in 2005, beating James Willstrop in the final 11–7, 11–9, 11–7. He also won the 2005 Tournament of Champions title, and the Super Series Finals in 2006. Amr Shabana (; born 20 July 1979 in Cairo) is a former professional squash player from Egypt. He won the World Open in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2009, and reached the World No. 1 ranking in 2006.
