Warriors (novel Series)
''Warriors'' (also known as ''Warrior Cats'') is a series of novels based on the adventures and drama of multiple Clans of feral cats. The series is primarily set in fictional forests. Published by HarperCollins, the series is written by authors Kate Cary and Cherith Baldry, as well as others, under the collective pseudonym Erin Hunter. The concept and plot of the pilot series was developed by series editor Victoria Holmes. There are currently eight sub-series, each containing six books. The first, ''Warriors:'' ''The Prophecies Begin'', was published from 2003 to 2004. ''Wind of Change'' is the debut studio album by English rock musician Peter Frampton. It was released in 1972. The album features appearances by Ringo Starr, Billy Preston and Klaus Voormann. Background Peter Frampton decided to remain with Humble Pie's U.S. label A&M, and assembled an impressive supporting cast including Ringo Starr, Billy Preston, Spooky Tooth members Mick Jones and Mike Kellie, and former Herd member Andy Bown, for his first solo effort following his departure from Humble Pie in 1971. The self-produced debut album was engineered by Chris Kimsey, who had worked on Humble Pie's '' Rock On''. Frampton and Kimsey together introduced a melodic sensibility that contrasted with the raucous boogie that characterized the Humble Pie sound, with a particular emphasis on Frampton's acoustic guitar work. Robert Wyatt
Robert Wyatt (born Robert Wyatt-Ellidge, 28 January 1945) is a retired English musician. A founding member of the influential Canterbury scene bands Soft Machine and Matching Mole, he was initially a kit drummer and singer before becoming paraplegic following an accidental fall from a window in 1973, which led him to abandon band work, explore other instruments, and begin a forty-year solo career. A key player during the formative years of British jazz fusion, psychedelia and progressive rock, Wyatt's own work became increasingly interpretative, collaborative and politicised from the mid-1970s onwards. His solo music has covered a particularly individual musical terrain ranging from covers of pop singles to shifting, amorphous song collections drawing on elements of jazz, folk and nursery rhyme. Russ Taff
Russell Taff (born November 11, 1953) is an American gospel singer and songwriter who grew up in Farmersville, California. He has sung a variety of musical styles throughout his career including: pop rock, traditional Southern gospel, contemporary country music, and rhythm and blues. He first gained recognition as lead vocalist for the Imperials (1976–81). One of his best-known performances is the song "Praise the Lord". He has also been a member of the Gaither Vocal Band, and occasionally tours with Bill Gaither in the Gaither Homecoming concerts. As a solo artist and songwriter, Taff is known for the 1980s anthem "We Will Stand". It included a DVD with all seven (at the time) of the band's music videos, as well as four bonus acoustic tracks added to the CD. ''Hall of the Mountain Grill'' is the fourth studio album by space rock band Hawkwind, released in 1974. It is regarded by many critics as a career highlight. Overview The group's fourth studio album, it was the first by a new line-up that included Simon House on synthesizer, Mellotron and electric violin; absent were Robert Calvert, who had previously contributed lyrics, vocals and spoken word interludes, and Dik Mik, who provided electronic effects. Badger were a British rock band from the early 1970s. The band was founded by keyboardist Tony Kaye after he left Yes, along with bassist and vocalist David Foster. Background David Foster had been in the Warriors with Jon Anderson before Anderson co-founded Yes. Foster later worked with the band on their second album ''Time and a Word'' (1970). Kaye had worked on a solo project by Foster that was never released. The pair found drummer Roy Dyke, formerly of Ashton, Gardner and Dyke, and Dyke suggested guitarist and vocalist Brian Parrish formerly of Parrish & Gurvitz which later became Frampton's Camel (after Parrish left P&G) on guitar. ''Sins Remain'' is the second studio album by Pakistani progressive rock band Black Hour, released on 5 January 2016 in the United States and Europe by Transcending Obscurity, and reissued in 2020 by Rearts Records globally.
