Wilma Archer
Will Archer (born 1991), formerly better known by his stage names Slime, and now Wilma Archer, is an English record producer and multi-instrumentalist from Newcastle upon Tyne. He is based in London. Early life Will Archer was born in 1991 in Newcastle upon Tyne. He studied sound art and design at the London College of Communication. Career In 2015, Archer released his debut studio album, ''Company'', under the moniker Slime. It includes guest appearances from Selah Sue and Jeremiah Jae. In 2017, he released a single, "Like a Hunger", under the moniker Wilma Archer. He is one half of the duo Wilma Vritra along with Pyramid Vritra. The duo's debut studio album, ''Burd'', was released in 2019. On 3 April 2020 he released his studio album, ''A Western Circular'', under the moniker Wilma Archer. Lianne Charlotte Barnes (born 23 August 1989), known professionally as Lianne La Havas ( ), is a British singer-songwriter and record producer. Her career began after being introduced to various musicians, including singer Paloma Faith, for whom she sang backing vocals. In 2010, La Havas signed to Warner Bros. Nilüfer Yanya (; born 11 May 1995) is an English singer, songwriter and musician. Early life Yanya is the daughter of two visual artists, her mother is of Irish and Barbadian heritage and her father is Turkish. Yanya grew up in Chelsea, London listening to Turkish music and classical music playing at home. She gravitated to guitar rock and learned how to play the instrument at the age of 12. Career Informally starting her musical career with demos uploaded to SoundCloud in 2014, Yanya turned down an offer to join a girl group produced by Louis Tomlinson of One Direction and focused on developing her own music instead.
