Willis Todman
Willis Todman (born 14 January 1966 in Road Town, Tortola) is a sprinter who represented the British Virgin Islands. Todman represented British Virgin Islands at the Summer Olympics when he competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, he entered the 400 metres where he finished 7th in his heat so didn't qualify for the next round, eight years later he competed in Atlanta at the 1996 Summer Olympics, where in the 4x100 metres relay the team finished 7th in the heat so didn't qualify for the next round. Road Town
Road Town, located on Tortola, is the capital of the British Virgin Islands. It is situated on the horseshoe-shaped Road Harbour in the centre of the island's south coast. The population was about 15,000 in 2018. The name is derived from the nautical term "the roads", a place less sheltered than a harbour but which ships can easily get to. A development called Wickham's Cay, consisting of two areas that were reclaimed from the sea and a marina, have enabled Road Town to emerge as a haven for yacht chartering and a centre of tourism. This area is the newest part of the city and the hub for the new commercial and administrative buildings of the BVI. The oldest building in Road Town, HM Prison on Main Street, was built in 1774. Lindel Hodge (born 5 April 1959, in Road Town, Tortola) is a sprinter from the British Virgin Islands. Hodge was part of the first ever team to represent British Virgin Islands at the Summer Olympics when he competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics, he entered the 200 metres and in his heat he ran a time of 22.28 seconds and finished 5th out of eight runners so didn't qualify for the next round, he also entered the 4x400 metres relay they finished 6th in the heat so didn't qualify for the next round.
