William Twine
William Henry Twine (1864 – 1933) was an American lawyer and newspaper publisher in Oklahoma. He published the ''Muskogee Cimeter'' in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Twine was African-American, and may have had some Native American ancestry as well. He was born in Richmond, Kentucky Richmond is a home rule-class city in and the county seat of Madison County, Kentucky, United States.
