William Tesillo
William José Tesillo Gutiérrez (born 2 February 1990) is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Liga MX club León and the Colombia national team. He also plays as a left-back. Club career Early career Born in Barranquilla, Tesillo represented mainly Boca Juniors de Cali as a youth. In 2009, he joined Centauros Villavicencio in the Categoría Primera B, and made his senior debut for the club during the year. His first goal came on 21 March 2009, in a 1–3 away loss against Atlético. Deportes Quindío In 2010, Tesillo moved to Categoría Primera A side Deportes Quindío, along with three other Centauros teammates. He made his debut in the category on 4 April, starting in a 0–1 away loss against Boyacá Chicó. Colombia Olympic Football Team
The Colombia national under-23 football team represents Colombia at the Summer Olympic Games and in international under-23 Association football, football competitions and is overseen by the Colombian Football Federation. The team played its first match in 1950. From that year to 1992 the team played as a Colombia national amateur football team. Categoría Primera B, commonly referred to as Torneo BetPlay Dimayor due to sponsorship by online betting company BetPlay (formerly ''Torneo Águila''), is the second-division football league in Colombia. Format DIMAYOR has applied a new format from 2015 onwards because of the expansion to 20 teams in the Primera A tournament. The league will no longer have Apertura and Finalización seasons but rather a yearlong tournament with home and away games. The first phase of the tournament is everyone against everyone home and away games. The second is a two-groups phase with the 8 top teams from the season who play each other to determine the winners of each group. The winners of the two groups are both promoted to the Primera A and play the final in home and away games to determine the champion of the season. Envigado () is a town southeast of Medellín, Colombia in the department of Antioquia. It is located in the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender).
