William Davidson (sailor)
William Phythian Davidson (1876 – 15 April 1939) was a British sailing competitor at the 1908 Summer Olympics. He was a crew member on the ''Mouchette'' which finished second of two teams competing in the 12 metre class. World Sailing (WS) is the world governing body for the sport of sailing recognized by the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). A helmsman or helm (sometimes driver) is a person who steering, steers a ship, sailboat, submarine, other type of maritime vessel, or spacecraft.
