William de Bodrugan (c. 1250-1307), sometimes referred to as a knight, was a Cornish priest and landowner, who became firstly Provost of Glasney College, and secondly Archdeacon of Cornwall. Family William was the second son of Philip de Bodrugan and his wife Rosea, or Roslyn, perhaps the daughter of Luke de Hendresuk of Talland. His elder brother, Roger, died in 1277, leaving his son, Henry Bodrugan, heir to the family's estates, under aged. William purchased Henry's wardship from Sir William de Alneto on 19 May 1277, thereby recovering control of the family's property. William Bodrugan (died 1416) was an English politician from Cornwall, the nephew of politician William Bodrugan (MP fl. 1384–1401). He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England for Liskeard in November 1414 and for Cornwall in March 1416. He was also justice of the peace of the latter county. His son was the MP William Bodrugan, who represented Cornwall in 1420–1433.
