Willard Bruguier III ( born 4 December 1981) is a former American professional darts player from South Dakota who currently playing in the Professional Darts Corporation events. Career A police officer by profession, Bruguier entered the 2017 US Darts Masters qualifiers and won the 2nd qualifier to claim a place in the North American Championship. After defeating DJ Sayre in the quarter-final and Dawson Murschell in the semi-finals, he defeated the veteran Dave Richardson in a last leg decider to book his place in the 2018 PDC World Darts Championship, where he lost to Cody Harris of New Zealand in the preliminary round. Dawson Murschell
Dawson Murschell (born 23 November 1995) is a Canadian former professional darts player who played in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events from 2017 to 2019. Career Murschell first appeared in a televised darts tournament in 2017, when he took part in the North American Championship, defeating David Cameron, before losing to eventual winner, Willard Bruguier. By qualifying for that tournament, he also qualified for the 2017 US Darts Masters in Las Vegas, where he was drawn against James Wade in the first round. After surviving six match darts from "The Machine", Murschell hit double top to win and set up a quarter-final with Gerwyn Price, which he would go on to lose 8–4. Murschell continued to make appearances in the PDC youth tour before 2018 Q school where he secured his card on the final day for 2018/19. The PDC World Darts Championship, known for sponsorship purposes as the Cazoo World Darts Championship, organised by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), is a World Professional Darts Championship held annually in the sport of darts. The PDC championship begins in December and ends in January and is held at Alexandra Palace in London and has been held there since 2008. It is the most prestigious of the PDC's tournaments, with the winner receiving the Sid Waddell Trophy, named in honour of the darts commentator Sid Waddell, who died in 2012. Cody Harris (born 10 October 1985) is a former New Zealand darts player. Career Harris comes from a family of dartplayers. His father ran the ACDC Dart Club and Harris watched as a child his parents and other family members when they played. When Eric Bristow came to New Zealand for the WDF World Cup, Harris' father played against him and won. When Harris was around eight years old he for the first time threw a dart. When Harris was nine he won the A grade Championship for the Auckland Darts Association and he for the first time took part in the national championship when he was 13.
