Wiley Piatt
Wiley Harold Piatt (July 13, 1874 – September 20, 1946) was a professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1898 to 1903. He played for the Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia Athletics, Chicago White Sox The Chicago White Sox are an American professional baseball team based in Chicago. In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk.
