Elena Sergeevna Katina (russian: link=no, Елена Сергеевна Катина; born 4 October 1984), better known as Lena Katina, is a Russian musician who gained fame as one half of the pop/electronica duo t.A.T.u. She started her career at the age of eight, joining the Russian children's act Avenue, soon after that joining Neposedy. In 1999, producer Ivan Shapovalov chose Katina and Julia Volkova for his project t.A.T.u. The duo would later become Russia's most successful pop music act. The group produced several hits, including "All the Things She Said", "Not Gonna Get Us", and " All About Us". Their first single, "All the Things She Said", peaked at No. 1 in nineteen countries, including the UK, Russia, and Australia. ''This Is Who I Am'' is the debut studio album of the Russian singer-songwriter, Lena Katina, released on 18 November 2014. The album marks the beginning of Katina's solo career as she and her former bandmate, Julia Volkova announced the separation of their music group, t.A.T.u. on 2011. Katina has writing credits on all of the album's songs including those co-written with her husband, Sash Kuzma. Musically, the album is a pop genre with rock influences and lyrically it mostly speaks about discovering herself. Four singles were released from the album, and her first and lead single of the album "Never Forget" reached No. 1 on the MTV Russia Top 10 and also won the said station – 2011 Video of The Year. Erik Lewander
Erik Lewander (born 29 May 1974) is a Swedish music producer, songwriter, film composer and mixing engineer based in Stockholm. He is signed to The Kennel (Universal Music Publishing) Career With a background as a musician in several bands, Lewander started working as a sound designer at a post production house in Stockholm (Pang Studios). Besides sound designing he also started making music for commercial films. Up to this day he has composed music to several hundred commercials. This led him to writing and producing songs for artists. Iggy Strange Dahl is a Swedish songwriter based in Stockholm, Sweden. He has written songs for major recording artists such as September, Lena Katina (Former member of t.A.T.u.), Sweetbox, F(x), Arashi, Jolin Tsai, Super Junior Donghae & Eunhyuk, Elliott Murphy and he has had more than twenty No. 1 hits on official music charts in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, China and Sweden.
