White Fang And The Hunter
''Zanna Bianca e il cacciatore solitario'' (internationally released as ''White Fang and the Hunter'') is a 1975 Italian adventure film directed by Alfonso Brescia. Despite the title tries to market the commercial success of Lucio Fulci's ''White Fang'', the film's plot has no connection with the novel. The film was poorly received by critics, being defined as "pathetic" and marked as "trash", and gained some cult status in reason of its reputation. Alfonso Brescia
Alfonso Brescia (6 January 1930 – 6 June 2001) was an Italian film director. Brescia began working in film against his father's wishes, and eventually directed his first film ''Revolt of the Praetorians'' in 1964. Brescia worked in several genres in the Italian film industry, including five science fiction films he directed following the release of ''Star Wars''. Brescia's work slowed down towards the late 1980s, and his last film ''Club Vacanze'' could not get distribution. Biography Alfonso Brescia was born in Rome on January 6, 1930. Brescia was the son of a film producer and entered the film business against his father's will. His father had him work as a production driver, which involved getting up early to persuade him against entering the business which did not work. Malisa Longo (born 13 July 1950) is an Italian actress, model and writer. Life and career Born Maria Luisa Longo in Venice, at young age Longo moved to Rome where she started a career as a model; she entered the Miss Italia beauty contest, winning the Miss Cinema and the Miss Lazio titles. Claudio Undari (12 January 1935 – 12 May 2008), known professionally as Robert Hundar, was an Italian film actor and stage actor, best known for his roles of "Bad Guy" in Spaghetti Western and "Poliziottesco" movies. He starred in about 40 movies between 1960 and 1980. Born in Castelvetrano, Trapani and spent his youth in Catania. He debuted in 1956 and he then moved to Madrid to keep up his busy career. Ignazio Spalla (best known as Pedro Sanchez; 5 May 1924 – 9 February 1995) was an Italian film actor. Born in Siena, Spalla was mainly active in Spaghetti Westerns, usually playing roles of Mexicans, gunfighters and outlaws. His first roles of weight were in 1965, in Marino Girolami's '' Bullet in the Flesh'' and in Giorgio Ferroni's '' Blood for a Silver Dollar''. In the 1970s he focused his activity in the subgenre of comic spaghetti, and his career basically declined together with Italo-Western.
