Western Sydney Two Blues
Western Sydney Two Blues Rugby, formerly Parramatta Two Blues Rugby, is a rugby union club based in Parramatta, the second CBD of Sydney, Australia. The club was formed in 1879 and competes in the Shute Shield run by the New South Wales Rugby Union. One of the oldest clubs in the Sydney Premier Rugby competition the club has produced nineteen Wallabies over the years, starting with the great Bill Cerutti in 1936 through to the club's current, Tatafu Polota-Nau. To date Parramatta has played in eight First grade grand finals. History Western Sydney Two Blues Rugby Club has enjoyed 130 years of top grade rugby in Sydney's premier competition and is one of only five clubs (Manly, Randwick, Parramatta, Gordon and Warringah) to have never been relegated from the Top Grade. Andrew Leeds
Andrew Leeds (born 19 September 1965) is an Australian former rugby union and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s and 1990s. He played for the Western Suburbs Magpies, Parramatta Eels, Penrith Panthers and Wakefield Trinity in rugby league primarily as a goal-kicking ; and for Parramatta Two Blues and Leicester Tigers in rugby union, he represented 14 times in rugby union between 1986 and 1988. Playing career Leeds played junior rugby union with the Northmead club, Merrylands JRU and James Ruse Agricultural High School. Joining the Parramatta Two Blues, Leeds played in the 1985 and 1986 premiership winning sides, and went on to play for Sydney, New South Wales and Australia in 1986. Sosene Raymond Anesi (born 3 June 1981 in Apia, Samoa) is a former rugby union footballer who played as a fullback and wing and currently the head coach of CS Dinamo București. Career Anesi came from Samoa to New Zealand in 2000 on a rugby scholarship arranged between St Joseph's College in Apia and St John's College in Hamilton. Sateki Tuipulotu
Sateki Tuipulotu (born 3 July 1971) is a former rugby union footballer who played internationally for Tonga. Tuipulotu was born in Auckland, New Zealand. He first played for Tonga in 1994 against Wales. Playing at fullback, he was a regular player for Tonga until his retirement following the 2003 Rugby World Cup. Sitiveni O. Mafi (born 9 December 1989) is a Tongan rugby union player. He plays in the lock and occasionally flanker position for the English Premiership Rugby side, London Irish. Mafi also represents Tonga at international level. Mafi previously played for the Leicester Tigers and New South Wales Waratahs. Eric Tweedale
Eric Tweedale (5 May 1921 – 16 October 2023) was an English-born Australian international rugby union player. He played club rugby for Parramatta Two Blues, provincial rugby for New South Wales and internationally for the Australia national rugby union team as a prop. Between 5 May 2021 and his death, he was the oldest living Australian rugby international. Early life Eric Tweedale was born in Rochdale, England. Randwick District Rugby Union Football Club, also known as the Galloping Greens, is an Australian rugby union club which competes in the Sydney premier grade rugby union competition. The club was formed in 1882 and since then has won 32 first grade premierships and six Australian club championships. It is one of the traditional powerhouses of the Shute Shield competition, winning 14 titles from 1978 to 1996. Randwick's colours are myrtle green and the club's home ground is Coogee Oval. Taqele Naiyaravoro (born 7 December 1991) is an Australian professional rugby union and rugby league footballer. His regular playing position is the wing. Early life Naiyaravoro was born in Sigatoka and attended St Joan Of Arc School. During his younger days was interested in playing rugby union and watching Super 12 and his favourite player was Lote Tuqiri.
