The Western Illinois Valley Conference is a conference of the IHSA located in the west-central part of Illinois. Illinois High School Association
The Illinois High School Association (IHSA) is an association that regulates competition of interscholastic sports and some interscholastic activities at the high school level for the state of Illinois. It is a charter member of the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS). The IHSA regulates 14 sports for boys, 15 sports for girls, and eight co-educational non-athletic activities. More than 760 public and private high schools in the state of Illinois are members of the IHSA. The Association's offices are in Bloomington, Illinois. In its over 100 years of existence, the IHSA has been at the center of many controversies. Beardstown High School (Beardstown, Illinois)
Beardstown Junior/Senior High School, also known as Beardstown Middle/High School or BHS, is a public school for grades 6 through 12 at located at 500 East 15th Street in Beardstown, Illinois, a small city in Cass County, Illinois, in the Midwestern United States. BHS is the only middle school and only high school of Beardstown Community Unit School District 15. The campus is located 45 miles northwest of Springfield, Illinois, and serves a mixed village and rural residential community. Carrollton High School is the high school for the Carrollton Community Unit School District #1, located in Carrollton, Illinois. History The current high school was dedicated in 1956. American football (referred to simply as football in the United States and Canada), also known as gridiron, is a team sport played by two teams of eleven players on a rectangular field with goalposts at each end. Illinois College
Illinois College is a private liberal arts college in Jacksonville, Illinois. It is affiliated with the United Church of Christ and the Presbyterian Church (USA). It was the second college founded in Illinois, but the first to grant a degree (in 1835).
