Wes Washpun
Wesley Lamar Washpun (born March 26, 1993) is an American basketball player who last played for Ostioneros de Guaymas of the CIBACOPA. He played college basketball for Tennessee and Northern Iowa. High school career Washpun played for Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa under coach Brad Metzger. As a senior, he set a single-season steals school record with 92 and averaged 18 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 3.7 steals and 2.1 blocks leading the Warriors to a 17-9 record and to the Class 4A tournament quarterfinals, where Washpun scored a team-high 23 points. This earned him first-team Class 4A All-State honors from the Iowa Newspaper Association. College career After turning down a recruiting offer from Iowa, Washpun decided to attend the University of Tennessee where he averaged 0.9 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 17 games. Polska Liga Koszykówki (PLK) (English language, English: Polish Basketball League) is a professional men's club basketball list of basketball leagues, league in Poland. The NBA G League, or simply the G League, is the National Basketball Association's (NBA) official List of developmental and minor sports leagues, minor league basketball organization. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. At the end of the league stage, the top eight teams qualify for the playoff stage, and the teams positioned in the 17th and 18th places are relegated to a lower-tier league. 2016 NBA Summer League
The 2016 NBA Summer League consisted of three pro basketball leagues organized by the National Basketball Association (NBA): the Orlando Pro Summer League, Utah Jazz Summer League, and Las Vegas Summer League. Ten teams participated in the week-long Orlando Pro Summer League at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, from July 2 to 8, 2016. The Orlando Magic (White) won the Orlando Pro Summer League championship over the Detroit Pistons, 87–84 in overtime. Arinze Onuaku of Orlando Magic (White) was named the MVP.
