Wendy Brawley
Wendy C. Brawley is an American politician. She is a former member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 70th District, serving since 2017. She is a member of the Democratic party. She was defeated by Democrat Jermaine Johnson in the 2022 Democratic primary election. Political career In January 2020, Brawley endorsed Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts for the Presidency of the United States. In May 2022, she sponsored a bill that would stop schools from sending lunch debts to collection agencies. The bill was passed unanimously in South Carolina House and Senate. Electoral history 2016 SC Senate Brawley unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination for the South Carolina Senate's 21st district in 2016. 2020 United States Census
The United States census of 2020 was the twenty-fourth decennial United States census. Census Day, the reference day used for the census, was April 1, 2020. Other than a pilot study during the 2000 census, this was the first U.S. census to offer options to respond online or by phone, in addition to the paper response form used for previous censuses. The census was taken during the COVID-19 pandemic, which affected its administration. Darrell Jackson (born February 1, 1957) is a Democratic member of the South Carolina Senate, representing the 21st District since 1993. Education Jackson graduated from Benedict College in 1979 and attended USC School of Law and the Columbia Bible College and Seminary.
