Wendell Nascimento Borges (born 20 July 1993), commonly known as Wendell, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Portuguese club FC Porto. Beginning his career in his native Brazil, Wendell had spells at Iraty, Londrina, Paraná Clube and Grêmio. He signed for Bayer Leverkusen in February 2014, for whom he has made over 200 appearances. Despite being capped at U20 and U23 level, Wendell is yet to make a senior international appearance for Brazil; his only call-up to date came in October 2016 for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying games against Bolivia and Venezuela. Club career On 27 February 2014, he signed for Bayer Leverkusen on a 5-year deal after playing for various teams in Brazil, including Iraty, Londrina, and Gremio. Sebastian Boenisch (, ; ; born 1 February 1987) is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a feft-back. At international level, he made 14 appearances for the Polish national team between 2010 and 2013. Early career Boenisch was born in Gliwice in Upper Silesia. His great-grandfather was of German descent. In 1988, he emigrated with his family and after a time in Dortmund, the family settled in Heiligenhaus in Niederbergisches Land in Bergisches Land in North Rhine-Westphalia. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (English: Brazilian Championship Serie D) is the fourth division of the Brazilian football league system, and was announced by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) on April 9, 2008. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was formed from the split of the Série C, keeping its best 20 clubs and playing double round robin as does the top three divisions. The Série D keeps the same format of the older Série C, but with participation limited to 40 clubs recognized by the state federation.
