Wenche Nistad
Wenche Karin Nistad (born 1952) is a Norwegian businessperson and civil servant. She hails from Sande, Sogn og Fjordane, Sande i Sunnfjord. She took her siviløkonom, siv.øk. degree at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in 1976, and worked in Norsk Elektrisk & Brown Boveri from 1976 to 1984. She was the director of Bergen Bank from 1984, and in Den norske Bank after the 1990 merger. From 1994 to 2003 she was the CEO of Luxo. She then went on to Hadeland Glassverk, but resigned in 2004 after a tenure of only thirteen months. ''Dagens Næringsliv'' speculated that there was a conflict with owner Atle Brynestad. On 1 June 2005 Nistad assumed office as director of the Norwegian Guarantee Institute for Export Credits. Sande, Sogn Og Fjordane
Sande (also known as ''Sande i Sunnfjord'') is a village in Sunnfjord Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village is located along the Gaula River, about from where the river meets the Dalsfjorden. Sande Church is located in this village, serving the people of the central part of the municipality. The village has a population (2019) of 888 and a population density of . The European route E39 highway runs through the village of Sande, connecting it to the village of Vadheim to the south and the town of Førde to the north. Førde Airport, Bringeland is located about north of Sande along the E39 highway. The town of Sunnfjord is north of Sande, and the village of Vadheim in Høyanger is to the south. The village was the administrative centre of the old Gaular Municipality until its dissolution in 2020. Erling Naper (born 24 June 1936) is a Norwegian banker and civil servant. He was born in Sandefjord and took the cand.jur. degree at the University of Oslo in 1962, and then worked as a deputy judge in Sarpsborg. From 1964 to 1971 he worked for Hambros Bank in London, and from 1971 to 1989 for Den norske Creditbank in different leading positions including the position as vice president.
