''Welcome to the Morbid Reich'' is the ninth studio album by the Polish death metal band Vader. The album was released on 12 August 2011 by Nuclear Blast. The release was preceded by a digital download single for the song "Come And See My Sacrifice", which was released on 26 July 2011. The album has won a Fryderyk Award in the category 'Heavy Metal Album of the Year (Album roku heavy metal)', and reached number 17 on the Billboard Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers), and number 25 on the Hard Rock Albums. In Poland, ''Welcome to the Morbid Reich'' landed at number 6, and dropped out four weeks later. The release also charted in France, Japan, Switzerland, and Germany. On 5 April 2011, Vader released the first part of their studio report for the album. Vader (band)
Vader is a Polish death metal band from Olsztyn. Formed in 1983, the group was founded by then-bassist Piotr "Peter" Wiwczarek and guitarist Zbigniew "Vika" Wróblewski. Vader went through several lineup changes over the years, with Wiwczarek as the only constant member. Since 2022, the band has comprised Wiwczarek on guitars and vocals, guitarist Marek "Spider" Pająk, bassist Tomasz "Hal" Halicki, and drummer Michał Andrzejczyk. Starting as a heavy metal group, Vader eventually went to thrash, speed, and then in the late 1980s became a death metal band. It would not be until nine years after forming that they managed to release their debut album '' The Ultimate Incantation'' (1992); Vader has released eleven more studio albums since then. Piotr Paweł Wiwczarek (born 22 October 1965 in Olsztyn, Poland), also known as Peter, (ex nickname Behemoth) is a Polish musician who is the vocalist and lead guitarist for the death metal band Vader, as the only constant member of the band since its inception. He has also collaborated with Kazimierz "Para" Paraszczuk on his tribute album, Bandid Rockin', and is the producer of several of Vader's releases. He is also the founder and guitarist of a side-project, named Panzer X. Wiwczarek also became a producer for the first time in 1999, when producing the Polish death metal band Decapitated's first release, '' Winds of Creation''. Top Heatseekers are "Breaking and Entering" music charts issued weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine. The Heatseekers Albums and the Heatseekers Songs charts were introduced by ''Billboard'' in 1991 with the purpose of highlighting the sales by new and developing musical recording artists. Albums and songs appearing on Top Heatseekers may also concurrently appear on the ''Billboard'' 200 or ''Billboard'' Hot 100. The Polish music charts are provided by ZPAV, the Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry (Polish: Związek Producentów Audio-Video). Albums charts In the 1970s and the 1980s, Polish music monthly ''Non Stop'' published a year-end list of the best selling albums in Poland. In the mid-1990s, two monthly sales lists were launched and published in music magazines. Krzysztof Oloś
Vesania (Latin for "insanity") is a Polish extreme metal band formed in 1997 by Orion, Daray and Heinrich. Later members were Annahvahr and Hatrah, who left the band in 1999 and was replaced by Siegmar. Their first release, ''Moonastray'', was a split with Black Altar, released in 2002 by Odium Records exclusively in Poland. The release was limited to 666 copies and each CD was signed with blood. 2003 saw the release across Europe of their first full-length album, ''Firefrost Arcanum'', by Empire Records. This was followed by the departure of band member Annahvahr. Their second album, ''God the Lux,'' was released in April 2005, and shortly thereafter Valeo (Sammath Naur, Mortis Dei) joined the band as lead guitarist.
