"Welcome to New York City" is the seventh track from Cam'ron's third album ''Come Home with Me''. The song featured fellow Roc-a-Fella labelmate Jay-Z and Juelz Santana. The song was produced by Just Blaze (along with him providing additional vocals), who also produced other songs in this album such as "Losing Weight, Pt. 2" and the hit single Oh Boy (Cam'ron song), Oh Boy. This song was also the theme song for the November 2005 popular crime video game ''True Crime: New York City''. The song peaked at #55 at the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks. Cameron Ezike Giles (born February 4, 1976), better known by his stage name Cam'ron, is an American rapper, record executive, and actor from Harlem, New York City. Beginning his career in the mid-1990s as Killa Cam, Giles signed to Lance "Un" Rivera's Untertainment under the aegis of Epic and released his first two studio albums ''Confessions of Fire'' and '' S.D.E. (Sports Drugs & Entertainment)'' in 1998 and 2000 respectively; the former achieved gold status by the RIAA. LaRon Louis James (born February 18, 1982), better known by his stage name Juelz Santana, is an American rapper and member of East Coast hip hop group The Diplomats, also known as Dipset. He is best known for his appearances on Cam'ron's 2002 singles, " Oh Boy" and " Hey Ma", which peaked at numbers 4 and 3 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 respectively, as well as Chris Brown's 2005 triple-platinum single, "Run It!", which topped the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 for five weeks.
