Anthony Cleland Welch
Anthony Cleland Welch OBE (born September 1945 in Hamilton, New Zealand) is a UK-based former soldier, UN official, politician and academic who has contributed to the debate on security sector reform (SSR) and post-conflict development and regeneration. Welch adheres to the view that it is not enough to merely reform the armed forces, police and justice sector. In 2006 he led the Internal Security Sector review of Kosovo (ISSR) which established the grounds for the creation of a democratically administered, civilian-led security sector in the unilaterally declared independent Republic of Kosovo. The ISSR took the unusual step of asking the population of Kosovo to have their say on what made them feel insecure and was called by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), "…one of the most ambitious and holistic efforts at SSR undertaken in recent years, both in scope and methodology.". Brian Welch
Brian Philip Welch (born June 19, 1970), also known by his stage name Head, is an American musician. He is one of the guitarists and founding member of the nu metal band Korn and his solo project Love and Death, where he also provides vocals. Along with fellow Korn guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer, Welch helped develop Korn's distinctive sound (a mix of sirenlike shards of dissonant guitar that mimicked a turntablist's various effects and rumbling down-tuned riffing) that defined the nu metal aesthetic beginning in the mid-'90s. After becoming a born again Christian, Welch left the band in 2005 to focus on life as a father and to pursue his own solo career. He released his debut Christian album, ''Save Me from Myself'', in 2008. Bradley Welch
Bradley Welch (born January 14, 1989) is a Trinidadian and Tobagonian American footballer who currently plays for the Central Florida Panthers SC in the National Premier Soccer League. Welch has represented Trinidad and Tobago at national level. Career Welch began his youth career with his high school team Cypress Creek High School where he earned several honors. Following high school he signed with Rollins College where he was first called up to Trinidad and Tobago U23s. In 2009, he signed for F.C. New York in their inaugural season in the USL pro, the professional third tier in the United States. After an unsuccessful season he moved to the San Juan Jabloteh in the Trinidad and Tobago TT Pro League. This was to be a short lived move, only scoring once in a stint lasting less than 10 games.
