"Weir" is a song by Australian rock band Killing Heidi, released in 1999 as the first single from their debut studio album, '' Reflector'' (2000). Killing Heidi are an Australian rock band, formed in Violet Town, Victoria in 1996, initially as a folk-pop duo by siblings Ella and Jesse Hooper. The band has released three studio albums: '' Reflector'' (March 2000), which reached No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart, ''Present'' (October 2002) and ''Killing Heidi'' (August 2004). Their top 20 singles are "Weir" (October 1999), "Mascara" (November, No. 1 on ARIA Singles Chart), "Live Without It" (April 2000), " Outside of Me" (September 2002) and "I Am" (July 2004). At the ARIA Music Awards of 2000 they were nominated in seven categories and won four trophies: Album of the Year, Best Group, Breakthrough Artist – Album and Best Rock Album for ''Reflector''. ''Radio & Records'' (''R&R'') was a trade publication providing news and airplay information for the radio and music industries. It started as an independent trade from 1973 to 2006 until VNU Media took over in 2006 and became a relaunched sister trade to '' Billboard'', until its final issue in 2009. History The company was founded in 1973 and published its first issue on October 5 of that year. Founders included Bob Wilson and Robert Kardashian. The publication was issued in a weekly print edition, and it also issued a bi-annual Directory. R&R published its print edition from 1973 through August 4, 2006. Centennial Park (Sydney)
Centennial Park is an urban park in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The park is in the City of Randwick local government area and part of the Centennial Parklands area. The park was inscribed on the Australian National Heritage List on 3 October 2018. The site was listed for its "outstanding heritage value to the nation as the site chosen for the 1901 inauguration of the Commonwealth of Australia". Centennial Park is home to a number of wild animals including a birds, possums, rabbits and foxes. It is also the location of a number of equestrian schools. The ARIA Charts are the main Australian music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The charts are a record of the highest selling songs and albums in various genres in Australia.
