The is a multi-purpose exhibition center in Tokyo, Japan. Iryna Mykhailivna Dekha ( uk, Ірина Михайлівна Деха, born May 14, 1996 in Kharkiv) is a Ukrainian weightlifter. She is a two-time Olympian and 2016, 2021 and 2022 European champion. Career Dekha started her trainings while studying at the Professional Sports College Kharkiv which graduates were, among others, Oleksiy Torokhtiy, Vanda Maslovska, Oleksandr Likhvald, Kamila Konotop, Viktoriya Shaimardanova.
