Yenny Sinisterra (born 4 May 2000) is a Colombian weightlifter. She won the silver medal in the women's 55 kg event at the 2019 Pan American Games held in Lima, Peru. Yaniuska Isabel Espinosa (born 5 December 1986) is a Venezuelan weightlifter who competes in the +75 kg division. María Fernanda Valdés Paris (born 17 March 1992) is a Chilean weightlifter. She won the silver medal at the 2011 Pan American Games in the 75 kg event and also at the 2015 Pan American Games in the 75 kg event.
