Wayne State University College Of Engineering
The Wayne State University College of Engineering is the engineering college of Wayne State University, a public research university in Detroit, Michigan. With more than 29,000 alumni, it is one of the largest engineering colleges in Michigan. Founded in 1933, the College of Engineering has grown to include a variety of programs ranging from civil engineering, biomedical engineering and many others. It is located on Wayne State's main campus in Detroit in a building shared with the Danto Engineering Development Center. The current dean of engineering is Ali Abolmaali. Wayne State University (WSU) is a public research university in Detroit, Michigan. It is Michigan's third-largest university. Ali Abolmaali
ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib ( ar, عَلِيّ بْن أَبِي طَالِب; 600 – 661 CE) was the last of four Rightly Guided Caliphs to rule Islam (r. 656 – 661) immediately after the death of Muhammad, and he was the first Shia Imam. The issue of his succession caused a major rift between Muslims and divided them into Shia and Sunni groups. Ali was assassinated in the Grand Mosque of Kufa in 661 by the forces of Mu'awiya, who went on to found the Umayyad Caliphate.
