Wayne Robinson (basketball)
Wayne Howard Robinson (born April 19, 1958) is a retired American basketball player. He was a 6'8", 217 lb forward. He played one season in the National Basketball Association with the Detroit Pistons (1980–81). He played college basketball at Virginia Tech University. Early years Robinson attended Greensboro Day School. He accepted a basketball scholarship from Virginia Tech University. He became a starter as a sophomore and led the team in rebounds in each of his last three years. He averaged 11.2 points and 7.4 rebounds during his college career. He is ranked fourth among the school's all-time career rebound leaders and is 27th in career scoring. In 2003, he was inducted into the Virginia Tech Sports Hall of Fame. In 2011, he was named to the ACC Basketball Tournament Legends roster. Harvey Knuckles (born October 3, 1958) is an American former basketball player. He was a second round draft pick in the 1981 NBA draft and played professionally in the United States and Europe. Knuckles, a 6'6" small forward, played collegiately at the University of Toledo from 1977 to 1981, where he led the Rockets to two consecutive NCAA tournament berths (1979, 1980). Knuckles scored 1,488 points (12.9 per game) in his Toledo career. As a senior in 1980–81, Knuckles averaged 22 points and 7.3 rebounds per game and was named Mid-American Conference Player of the Year. Michael Anthony Davis (born August 2, 1956) is an American former professional basketball player. Playing as a center, his career mostly took place in Italy and Spain, though he had a short stint in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) is a professional men's club basketball league that has been organised in Italy since 1920.
