Wayne Kerrins
Wayne Michael Kerrins (born 5 August 1965) is an English former footballer who played for Fulham, Port Vale, Leyton Orient, Farnborough Town, Dulwich Hamlet and Kingstonian. Career Kerrins started his career with Fulham, who finished the 1984–85 campaign in ninth place in the Second Division. He was sent out on loan to John Rudge's Port Vale in March 1985. He played eight Fourth Division games for the "Valiants" at the end of the 1984–85 season. Back with Ray Harford's "Cottagers", he was unable to prevent the club from being relegated in last place in 1985–86. New boss Ray Lewington then led Fulham to 18th in the Third Division in 1986–87 and ninth in 1987–88. He was loaned out to Frank Clark's Leyton Orient in the 1988–89 season and played three Fourth Division games for the "O's". Brentwood, Essex
Brentwood is a town in the Borough of Brentwood, in the county of Essex in the East of England. It is in the London commuter belt, situated 20 miles (30 km) east-north-east of Charing Cross and close by the M25 motorway. In 2017, the population of the town was estimated to be 54,885. Brisbane Road, originally known as Osborne Road, is a football stadium in Brisbane Road, Leyton, East London, England. It has been the home ground of Leyton Orient since 1937, before which it was the home of amateur football team Leyton F.C., who moved to the Hare and Hounds ground. 1988–89 Football League
The 1988– 89 season was the 90th completed season of the Football League. No European qualification took place due to the Heysel Stadium disaster suspension in place. Prior to the 1986–87 season membership of the Football League was dependent on a system of election by the other member teams. From 1986 that system came to an end, and instead, the club finishing last in the Fourth Division was automatically demoted to Conference. This season the casualty was Darlington. Frank Clark (footballer)
Frank Clark (born 9 September 1943) is an English former footballer and manager, and former chairman of Nottingham Forest. Clark played in over 400 games for Newcastle United before moving to Nottingham Forest where he won the European Cup. After retiring as a player, he managed Leyton Orient for nine years (followed by a two-year spell as the club's managing director) and then returned to Nottingham Forest as manager between 1993 and 1996. He then managed Manchester City for just over a year. Playing career He started his career at Crook Town. He started his professional career at Newcastle United, and played a total of 464 games for them between 1962 and 1975.
