Dr. Wayne Adrian Davis is a member of the World Scout Committee, the executive body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). He previously served as the Regional Chair of the African Regional Scout Committee. In 2012, Davis was appointed as the representative of WOSM in future Africa Union Heads of Summit meetings as WOSM enjoys observer status at the African Union. Wayne Elliot Davis (July 17, 1963 – March 16, 2008) was an American football cornerback in the National Football League (NFL) for the San Diego Chargers, the Buffalo Bills, and the Washington Redskins. He played college football at Indiana State University. High school career Davis started his career as a running back and played high school football at Mount Healthy High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. College career Davis played college football at Indiana State University, where he first started playing cornerback. Davis received three NCAA All-America honors in 1984, including the Missouri Valley Conference Defensive Player of the Year award. In 2002, he was inducted into the ISU Athletics Hall of Fame. Wayne Courtney Davis II (born August 22, 1991) is an American athlete, now representing Trinidad and Tobago, who specializes in the 110 metre hurdles. He currently holds the List of world youth bests in athletics, world youth record, List of junior world records in athletics, world junior record and the United States high school national records in track and field, US high school record in the 39" 110 m hurdles with a time of 13.08 seconds. He is a graduate of Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School in Raleigh, North Carolina. Wayne Davis (born March 10, 1964) is an American football former linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) who played for two seasons with the St. Louis/Phoenix Cardinals after being drafted in the ninth round of the 1987 NFL Draft. After being released by Phoenix, Davis played for the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams in the 1989 preseason before being drafted by the Orlando Thunder of the World League of American Football. A native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Davis played college football at the University of Alabama where he established the school record for tackles in a career with 327.
