Wayne Buchanan
Wayne Buchanan (born 12 January 1982) is a Northern Irish footballer. He is the cousin of Chesterfield fc left-back David Buchanan. Career Bolton Wanderers (and Chesterfield) Buchanan started his career at Bolton Wanderers, making one appearance in the 2001–02 FA Cup fourth round against Tottenham Hotspur. While at Bolton, he made 3 league appearances on loan at Chesterfield in 2002. Lisburn Distillery Moving back to Northern Ireland after his release from Bolton, he signed for Lisburn Distillery where he spend six years making 226 appearances many as captain. Move to Australia He moved to Australia at the end of the 2008–2009 season, where he trialed for Gold Coast United coming close to winning a contract two occasions. Banbridge ( , ) is a town in County Down, Northern Ireland. It lies on the River Bann and the A1 road (Northern Ireland), A1 road and is named after a bridge built over the River Bann in 1712. Blyth Spartans Association Football Club is a football club based in Blyth, Northumberland. They are currently members of and play at Croft Park. They were founded in September 1899 by Fred Stoker, who was the club's first secretary before forming a practice as a distinguished physician in London's Harley Street. He thought it appropriate to name the team after the Greek Spartan army in the hope that the players would give their all as they went into 'battle' on the field of play. The club is most notable for its 1977–78 FA Cup campaign, in which they went all the way to the fifth round, eventually losing to Wrexham in a replay at St James' Park.
