The Waterpark Creek is a creek located in Central Queensland, Australia. The headwaters of the creek rise below Samuel Hill in the Great Dividing Range and flows in a south easterly direction. Byfield National Park
Byfield National Park is a national park in the Shire of Livingstone, Queensland, Australia. Geography The park is 70 km north-east of Rockhampton. The parks encloses 12 km of coastline including four beaches. To the north of the national park is Shoalwater Bay and Byfield State Forest is located to the west of Byfield National Park. The park contains a number of four-wheel drive tracks and camping areas. The average elevation of the terrain in the park is 48 meters. Climate The park demarcates the southern boundary of a tropical savannah climate (Köppen: ''Aw''), although the subtropics are almost a degree to the south. Rhadinocentrus Ornatus
The ornate rainbowfish (''Rhadinocentrus ornatus'') is a species of rainbowfish endemic to an area in eastern Australia, where it is native to coastal regions and sandy offshore islands in southern Queensland and northern New South Wales. It is the only known member of its genus. It is a popular aquarium fish. Description The ornate rainbowfish is a small, slender and rather elongated species of rainbowfish. It has two dorsal fins that are only narrowly separated, and the first dorsal fin is considerably smaller than the second. There are 3 to 5 thin, soft spines in the first dorsal fin while the second dorsal fin has 11–15 segmented rays. This species is highly variable in colour over its range. Corio Bay
Corio Bay is one of numerous internal bays in the southwest corner of Australia's Port Phillip, and is the bay on which abuts the City of Geelong. The nearby suburb of Corio takes its name from Corio Bay. Etymology When Hamilton Hume and William Hovell arrived at the bay in 1824 they met with the local Wautharong people who referred to the bay as "Jillong" and the surround land "Corayo", but by the time the area was surveyed in the late 1830s the Aboriginal names had been swapped. Coral Sea
The Coral Sea () is a marginal sea of the South Pacific off the northeast coast of Australia, and classified as an interim Australian bioregion. The Coral Sea extends down the Australian northeast coast.
